King Salami & The Cumberland Three

up-tempo party stompin’ rhythm’n’blues played according to the basic principles of the old London school of Trash. Their sound is crude like the guitar of Link Wray. In their short existence they gathered a large following of party freaks worldwide that are doing The Mojo Workout with them hypnotized worldwide. King Salami & the Cumberland 3 have toured all around Europe, Australia, Japan, China and the USA. New album is “Cookin’up a Party”.

Cowbell

Cowbell play garage/soul/rock n roll and write songs that combine a lyrical charm and ease with a sound that’s full-bodied and powerful in spite of their stripped-down set-up. They take their influences from both sides of the Atlantic with a love for both the output of U.S labels such as Stax, Motown and Sun and for British sixties R and B bands such as The Small Faces, The Kinks and The Zombies.

The Severed Limb

Skiffle rock’n’roll, gypsy ska, cumbia, and rhythm’n’blues from Severed Limb. With several BBC Radio sessions under their belt, fans include Steve Lamacq, Mark Radcliffe, Gideon Coe, and John Kennedy at XFM. In May 2012 The Severed Limb played to a full house at the Royal Albert Hall opening for Imelda May. Dance music pioneers Hot Chip named them in their “dream festival lineup” alongside Kraftwerk and Aphex Twin. They got that right!

Oh!Gunquit

Oh! Gunquit are a 5-piece band concocting rumble bop trash rock’n’roll. Tribal tom toms beat wildly and guitars twang, high-spirited vocals bawl and purr, and a seedy tenor sax wails for an extra slice of exotica. These neo-surf garage rockers are B-52s meet Roxy Music at a party thrown by The Cramps!

Steven James Adams

After The Broken Family Band & Singing Adams, Steven James Adams continues to produce brilliantly emotive music. Its always a pleasure to have this handsome young man in the kitchen. His debut solo album ‘House Music’ is out now.

Big Girls

These ex-Fabulous Penetrators play confused little popular songs with guitars and drums and bass and all by confused amateur popular stars in their pyjamas from the basement of a Hackney Japanese restaurant. Featuring fumbling hits on hot topics such as the metric system, dreams of cats, rock formations in the west of Ireland, the future in long hair and the rise and fall of the milk float.

Simon Stanley Ward Band

Simon Stanley Ward is a sharp-witted and knowing singer with a distinctive and unique high nasal voice that hits the spot on his self-penned country folk songs.

The Escape Committee are local boys who play pub rock like its 1975 and they’re an annual fixture at the picnic!
