Out this week we’ve got two great new 7” singles. The first of which is the fantastic debut single from London indie poppers Betty & The Werewolves. You may have heard them recently in session on Marc Riley’s 6Music show. It’s called Euston Station and it’s a corker. They are having a single launch gig & party with cakes and badges at The Old Blue Last, Hoxton, London, next Wednesday, that’s July 30th.

Then we have the great new 7” from the legendary Wild Billy Childish & The Musicians Of The British Empire.Taken from the forthcoming album ‘Thatcher’s Children’ this is a limited edition black vinyl 7” featuring an alternative, exclusive non album version of “Thatcher’s Children”. The flip side ‘Transition Girlfriend’ is also exclusive to this release.

We think it’s their best release yet!

The cover has been designed by James Cauty, James also does art alongside Billy & others at London’s Aquarium Gallery and was one half of the KLF. Steve Lamacq played this track last night too.

‘Transition Girlfriend’ features Nurse Julie on Vocals, she’s also singing lead on two more tracks on the album. To order your copy click on the cover art below.

Coming soon we have new albums (and singles) from Wild Billy Childish & The Musicians Of The British Empire, Holly Golightly & The Brokeoffs, The Wolfmen, Graham Day & The Gaolers & Ludella Black & The Masonics and singles from Pete Molinari & The legendary Penetration!
