Cuckoolands Debut album featuring their first three singles plus a remix of Winter called ‘New World Order’ by Martin Steib from Papa Brittle
Cee Bee Beaumont’s debut album, and what a cracker it is, 20 tracks of classic instrumental garage tune. Recorded at Toe Rag Studios, London E1 in December 1994 by Mr Baine Watson
Third single from Reading’s Cuckooland. The b-side is called ‘Richard Jobson Dance’ and it’s, as you can probably guess, a tribute to one of the most underrated dancers of the punk era but we can forgive him that as the Skids were a fine band.
The debut album from Belfast band ‘Monkhouse’ following on from their two singles on DG and a split single with Wat Tyler on an Irish 7″ The album was produced by Frankie Stubbs from Leatherface. This was going to be on vinyl but it only got as far as the test pressing stage.
Follow up to their single on Rugger Bugger records featuring re-recordings of three tracks from their (at this point) recent John Peel Session. Rugrat featured members of Leatherface and Sofahead and described their sound as ‘Full on balls out sonic boom boys’!
After meeting the band while over here playing at the Robey in Finsbury Park we licensed this compilation of singles for Europe. 1995’s Pile Up is a collection of singles, B-sides, compilation cuts and rare tracks. It’s some of the best of the Pansies, with a slew of covers and their best harmonies and tightest playing to date.
3 track 7″ which features Frankie Stubbs from Leatherface on vox/Guitar, 2 exclusive to this single.
12 track compilation of the first four releases from Helen Love, sleeve notes by Joey Ramone…YES!
Brighton band, Blubber’s second single following some great press in the NME and Melody Maker and the recent John Peel Session and live broadcast on Radio 1 as part of the ‘Brighton Rocks’ Festival too. We did a lot of work on this one and it sold about 10 copies!
